We teach with AI tools. So we hold ourselves to the disclosure standard we teach.

WHAT AI DOES HERE

We make music with AI in Suno, under your direction. Use AI where you want: idea, words, melody, performance, production, mix, art, story, or final material. It can also help with references, checks, metadata, and release plans. You review the work, choose what stays, and make the final release call. Nothing ships before you approve it.

WHAT WE NEVER AUTOMATE

AI does not make your creative calls. It does not approve your release, judge your work, or give your completion record.

DISCLOSURE

We teach current U.S. Copyright Office guidance for sharing AI use. We also list the sources used in our own course materials.

NOT LEGAL ADVICE

This site and course do not give legal advice. Ask a rights professional about legal choices. One joins the course, and we will tell you when you may need your own.

Terms of service

These are the refund, transfer and cancellation terms for every class and for the Song Starter Kit. Ask anything before you pay: hello@m-u-s-i-c.ai.

FULL REFUND WHEN YOU CANCEL MORE THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR ORIGINAL START TIME

Your original start time is the first session time shown when you enrolled. It does not change if the class is moved later.

You can cancel any live class for a full refund. Tell us more than 24 hours before your original start time. This covers the 2-Day Intro, 5-Day Intensive, 10-Day MasterClass, and Master Mind.

A seat cannot be refunded during the last 24 hours. We held that live seat for you and could not give it to someone else.

Email hello@m-u-s-i-c.ai from the address used to enroll. You can also reply to your confirmation email. Send it more than 24 hours before your original start time. We confirm every cancellation.

A refunded seat is released back to the cohort so someone else can take it.

MOVING TO DIFFERENT DATES

You may move your seat one time for free. Choose another cohort of the same class. Ask more than 24 hours before your original start time. The new cohort must have space.

A transfer ends your refund right. After you move the seat, it cannot be refunded. Choose either the refund or the transfer before the deadline.

You can move the seat only once. After that, it cannot move or be refunded. You cannot transfer during the last 24 hours before your original start time. If you stop attending, you can still stream the replays. Replay access ends one year after the program’s last scheduled live session.

THE SONG STARTER KIT

The Kit is an instant download. It is yours the moment you buy it. It is not refundable. There is nothing to return and no seat to release. If the download does not work, tell us and we will fix it or refund it.

IF WE CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE

Sometimes an illness, tool failure, or safety issue stops a session. We may move the session so the class can still happen. We will tell you as soon as we can.

If we cancel a class and cannot offer the same class again, we refund the part we did not teach. If the class never started, we refund the full class price.

If new dates truly do not work, write to us. We will look at the details. This does not promise an automatic refund.

If one session cannot happen, we will record it later or run it again. We choose the better path for the cohort and tell you before the session should start.

NOT ATTENDING

We record every live session for students in that program. Watch replays only in the private studio. You cannot download or share them. Access ends one year after the program’s final scheduled live session.

Not attending is not a refund. If your class has started. You do not come, the seat is not refunded, whether you miss one session or all of them. Your place was held for you and withheld from someone else either way.

ENROLMENTS FOR UNDER-18S

For an artist under 18, the guardian who paid owns the booking. Only that guardian can cancel, move the dates, or get a refund. Any refund goes back to the same payment method.

Privacy

We collect one email to send the Kit, and enrollment details you choose to share. Payment runs entirely on our payment provider — we never see or store your card number. Two thresholds, and they do different jobs: ages 8 to 12 take part on a guardian-operated account — the guardian holds the account and runs the generations, and the artist makes every creative decision, and for any artist under 18, contact and checkout run through the parent or guardian — a minor cannot enter the purchase themselves.
